Featuring Darwin Payne

Join author Darwin Payne for an in-depth look at aviation in the Dallas-Fort Worth area at the 2015 George W. Jalonick III and Dorothy Cockrell Jalonick Memorial Distinguished Lecture.

Payne is professor emeritus of communications at Southern Methodist University, where he's taught journalism for 30 years. A former reporter for the Fort Worth Press, the Dallas Times Herald and KERA-TV's "Newsroom," Payne has written extensively about Dallas history and authored numerous books.

Payne's presentation will be followed by remarks about "DFW in the 21st Century" from Bruce Bleakley, museum director at the Frontiers of Flight Museum.
