UT Dallas Ring
Showcase your accomplishments and Comet pride with a UT Dallas ring, offered through Balfour and presented at the UT Dallas Ring Ceremony.
About the Ring
The shield on top of the UT Dallas ring forever identifies the recipient as a graduate of UT Dallas. The left side of the ring features a comet encircling a star, reminding wearers to look to the future and use education to move the world to a better tomorrow.
The Texas flag represents the heritage, frontier spirit and entrepreneurial legacy that helped build the state and the University. The right side of the ring features the seal of The University of Texas System and the year of UTD’s founding.
After receiving a UTD ring, recipients gather to dip their hands in the water of the campus reflecting pools, sealing the rings and wearers with Comet spirit.
